What we do
Commercial scaffolding.
Shopfronts, offices and high street frontages, on pavements that stay open while we work. Coastal exposure is designed in from the start, not patched later.

High street work is two jobs at once. There is the scaffold, and there is everything that has to carry on underneath it — a shop that still needs customers through the door, a pavement that still needs to be walked down, a delivery bay that still needs a lorry in it.
And on this coast the weather is a design input, not an afterthought. A frontage on Lowther Street in Whitehaven catches wind straight off the harbour. Sheet a scaffold like that without designing for the load and you have built a sail on a Georgian facade.
So we work out the ties, the bracing and the sheeting before the wagon is loaded, and we build to keep you trading.
What's included.
- Pavement gantries and fans so the footway stays open and protected
- Debris netting or full sheeting, specified for the exposure on that street
- Out-of-hours and early-morning erection where a frontage cannot lose trading time
- Loading bays and hoist positions designed in rather than cut in later
- Weekly inspections with the report sent to whoever is running the job
- Drawings and calculations for anything outside standard TG20:21 configurations
How we stay compliant.
- TG20:21 compliant designs as standard, with a compliance sheet on request
- Pavement licences and highways permissions arranged with the local authority
- CISRS card-carrying operatives on every job
- Full RAMS issued before the start date, not on the morning
- Handover certificate on completion and after any alteration
