What this site collects, which is nothing, and what a live version would need to say.

This is a pre-launch build of the website for West Coast Scaffolding Ltd. It is published for review and is not yet the live site of the business.

What this site collects.

Nothing on its own. There is no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no cookies set by this site. Reading it leaves no record.

What the quote form sends.

The form on the contact page is the one thing here that transmits anything, and only when you press send. It sends what you typed into it: the job type, the rough size, your postcode, your name, your phone number, and your email address if you chose to give one. Those details are emailed to West Coast Scaffolding Ltd so they can price the job and ring you back. They are not sold, shared or used for marketing.

There is no photograph upload. If you send pictures of the job they go by WhatsApp, which is a separate service with its own privacy terms, and they never pass through this website.

Contacting the business.

The telephone number shown on this site is the number West Coast Scaffolding Ltd advertises on its own banners, and ringing it reaches the business directly. It is still the fastest way to get a price, and the only way to reach anyone out of hours.

What a live version needs.

Before launch this page has to become a real privacy notice: the data controller, the lawful basis for handling enquiry data, how long quote enquiries are kept, who they are shared with, and how to make a subject access request. Now that the form actually delivers personal data, that is a live obligation rather than a pending one. That notice must be written for the business that operates the site. This page is not that notice and should not be reused as one.

Third parties.

Fonts are self-hosted, so no request goes to a font service, and no third-party scripts run on this site. Two services are involved once you send the form: Vercel, which hosts the site and runs the code that receives it, and Web3Forms, which delivers the email. Both handle the details above only in order to get them to the business.

Organisations named here.

Real organisations named on this site — CISRS, the NASC and its TG20:21 guidance, and BS EN 12811 — are referenced in text only. Their logos and certificates are not reproduced anywhere here, and no membership or endorsement is claimed on their behalf.
